On one of my numerous tea breaks in KL, I came across this little bakery known as “The Loaf” in the Pavilion.  From outside it looks cool enough to garner a little check-it-out.  And interestingly I found on its boxes, it is stated that their pastries and breads are baked based on Japanese baking techniques.
