The new yaki is yummy

Ok I have a confession to make; the fact that I’ve not had pan-fried salmon (sake) for such a long long time its texture and taste have long abandoned my short gastronomic memory is a cardinal sin no saintly foodie should easily forgive.  Partly because if and when I do have them, they are usually eaten raw even though I’m not a huge fan of salmon
