Peppermint Ice-cream, the cure to Indigestion?

I recently found out that pure peppermint oil is a really good cure for digestive problems. So when I saw it at the recent Isetan Hokkaido fair, I decided to buy two bottles. It is said that a few drops of the oil into a cup of tea or warm water helps to aid digestion.

Good & Affordable Japanese Meal

Ootoya, a well-known teishoku chain opens at Orchard Central recently. I went there for dinner last night and I was surprised at myself, I actually enjoyed my dinner there.  The dinner was actually inspired by one [...]
