Out-of-this-world ramen with eating instructions

Ok this is serious.  When you go to a highly recommended ramen restaurant and they serve ramen complete with printed eating instructions that comes with your order….you know the boss is serious about eating savoring his ramen the right way.  This is not your typical ramen shop…I would call it a chic contemporary ramen bar..(bar

Finding great eats

No you are not seeing double.  This is a shot of the food notes prepared by J and the actual store we found at Thong Lor.  There got to be more about BKK than the usual MBK, Siam Sq or Paragon so armed with our notes for the entire trip, we went in search of good food

Tokyo food we ate
