Sometime it’s interesting how things turn out. Just when I’m pondering about the relationship between a chef and his guest. I was brought to another award winning restaurant in Tokyo that again allowed me to explore the chemistry of this unique relationship. T was the first to recommend Kyubei to me a while back and I’m glad to have finally tried it. It was even rewarded a michelin star in the recently released Michelin Star Tokyo guide.
