A sleepy day in Tokyo

Perfect bowl of rice II

Ok this is good. And I mean all the goodness of an enjoyable bowl of fragrant chewy rice.  This is enjoyed at one of the oldest restaurants on Ginza strip that is also known as the inventor of “Hayashi rice” – Japanese beef stew, so I thought the rice must be good.  I cannot go wrong
