Lamb Chop Curry

I had this wonderful lamb curry in HK that got me into my Japanese curry crave mood.  With a delightfully mild portuguese curried spice gravy, not exactly like a Japanese curry but close enough to bring back any craving I have for it.  I was brought to one fo the famous local HK cafe chains.
