Lamb Chop Curry

I had this wonderful lamb curry in HK that got me into my Japanese curry crave mood.  With a delightfully mild portuguese curried spice gravy, not exactly like a Japanese curry but close enough to bring back any craving I have for it.  I was brought to one fo the famous local HK cafe chains.

Ate at a motel restaurant called cattle city. It is one of our favourite haunts whenever we come down here. Here’s some nice shots of the various dishes ordered, from pasta to steaks. I ordered the rib fillet, cooked rare…. and i must say it was quite nicely cooked, look at the pinkish middle.
